There are so many exciting things happening.

First, Johnny Headband is recording a full length. We transformed a Grayling Log Cabin into a recording studio for a week. There was lots of jamming, guns, fire, and creativity. We made great music and even got to be better friends. I can’t wait until the final mix is completed at Tempermill. I hope this becomes a twice a year event.

Secondly, I joined a new band. It’s called Lettercamp. I can’t wait to play my first show with them (August 19 at the Majestic). Keys this time.  The record is awesome and there are a lot of riffs so I am currently soaking it up! Click the album below to check them out.

Thirdly, my album is coming along nice. There are lots of people helping out and supporting creatively and emotionally.Hopefully its out for mastering and mixing in 2 months.

Lastly, I am working on a new project with Dan J. and Zozzy. So far its super cool. More on that later..

Tonight I stayed up late again. I have gone back to spending every minute in the studio trying to finish my album. When I don’t get much sleep I get a little blue. I took a break to record this Eno tune.

Fired Up (remix)

panicBWasbury

Keith and Zach are two awesome guys. They make super good dance music under the name Desktop. They just released  two EPS. One EP is all original material while the other EP  contains a cover of “My Boo” and remixes of Desktop songs.

Chad and I got together a few weeks a go and rocked this remix of Fired UP. I beat it up with my guitars and Chad trashed it with his drums. I think its dance floor ready. I hope I get to dance to this at a party soon!

I was decimated

Decimated by the number 1 all-metal tribute to the BeeGee’s in the Tri-State Area. Johnny Headband hit the road this weekend to play shows in DC, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. Keith made friends in the UK  with Tragedy and made plans for us to play some shows together. They were incredible and hilarious and a lot of fun.  The crowds were great and so was the music. Looking for photo’s send em if you got em.

Johnny Headband played the Ferndale DIY Festival. There were a lot of great bands like Computer Perfection, Zoos of Berlin, Great Lakes, and Child Bite. Here are some photos of the show. It was a really good crowd and we had a ton of fun.
