Hot Button Topics

There are so many exciting things happening.

First, Johnny Headband is recording a full length. We transformed a Grayling Log Cabin into a recording studio for a week. There was lots of jamming, guns, fire, and creativity. We made great music and even got to be better friends. I can’t wait until the final mix is completed at Tempermill. I hope this becomes a twice a year event.

Secondly, I joined a new band. It’s called Lettercamp. I can’t wait to play my first show with them (August 19 at the Majestic). Keys this time.  The record is awesome and there are a lot of riffs so I am currently soaking it up! Click the album below to check them out.

Thirdly, my album is coming along nice. There are lots of people helping out and supporting creatively and emotionally.Hopefully its out for mastering and mixing in 2 months.

Lastly, I am working on a new project with Dan J. and Zozzy. So far its super cool. More on that later..

Tonight I stayed up late again. I have gone back to spending every minute in the studio trying to finish my album. When I don’t get much sleep I get a little blue. I took a break to record this Eno tune.
